About Me
I completed my undergraduate degree at York University with a specialization in psychology, and my PhD in social psychology at the University of Toronto. When I am not designing and teaching courses or conducting research, I enjoy hiking, mountain biking, gardening, and completing arts and crafts projects with my two children. I'm an avid reader with a passion for learning, and I spend much of my free time developing new skills. I love travel and am very grateful for the opportunities I have had to explore different parts of the world and learn about new cultures. My personality might be described as slightly introverted, highly open to experience, above average in agreeableness, average in conscientiousness, and (unfortunately) above average in neuroticism.
